Our products are sent directly from Japan, meaning customs taxes and processing fees may be incurred in the destination country.
The price paid upon purchase does not include local customs taxes or VAT. Any further such expenses will be the responsibility of the customer. - Is it possible to track my package?
- You will be provided with a tracking number in the e-mail sent upon the dispatch of your package.
Returns
- Can I cancel an order?
- No cancellations are accepted after an order is placed. Thank you for your understanding.
- Can I return or exchange purchases?

You may contact customer support within seven days of arrival of your products, but only in the case of receiving a defective or incorrect item.
When returning products, be sure to include all of the original packaging and tags, and without having used the products.
After confirming the returned products, we will provide a replacement.
We do not accept returns or exchanges purely at the customer's discretion.
If such a return is accepted, for any reason, any incurred postal fees, etc., will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Any customs fees or other taxes paid by the customer cannot be refunded.
Regarding payment using PayPal, any incurred handling fees will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

New Manual products seek to faithfully recreate vintage materials, stitching, and processing. This means each part is potentially not as robust or resilient as other articles of clothing.
Furthermore, the color of products given vintage processing may slightly change under certain conditions, such as oxidation or being placed in direct sunlight.
Any issues regarding damage or changes to these parts will not be considered grounds for a customer complaint. Please make your purchases based on an understanding of the nature of our products. Notes regarding proper care for each item are provided on the website. - Sizes
- Each size may vary slightly due to the processes used.
- Please tell me when new products will be released.
- There is no fixed schedule for new releases. Please follow us on social media to keep up with announcements.
- Will products that I have put in a restocking notification request for eventually be restocked?
- We offer the option to request a restocking notification for our products, but this is not a guarantee that they will be restocked.
