- When will I receive my pre-order item?
- The delivery date announced at the time of EXHIBITION is the approximate delivery date. Due to production circumstances, product delivery dates may change.
If there is a significant change in the delivery date, we will contact you via your registered email address.
- What about product handling?
- New Manual products are faithful reproductions of vintage specifications, paying close attention to materials, sewing, and processes. Therefore, the strength and durability of each part may be weaker than regular clothes. In addition, for vintage processed products, slight color changes may occur due to oxidation, sun exposure, etc. We cannot accept complaints regarding damage, changes, etc. that fall into these categories. Please understand the nature of the product before wearing it. Regarding the care of each item, please check the precautions and quality label for each item. - About the size?
- There may be slight individual differences in size depending on the processing details.
- When are you planning to start selling on EC?
- It will be on sale from time to time.
- Will the products I have applied for restock notification always arrive in stock?
- Even if you request a restock notification, we may not be able to restock the item.
- Are EXHIBITION products available for resale?
- This product is limited to 100 pieces, so if we do not reach 100 pieces or if there is a cancellation, we will only sell it via EC or POPUP.
- Will ONE-WASHED be resold?
- ONE-WASHED products may be resold depending on the model. We will sell each item as soon as production is completed, so you can receive information about new arrivals by pressing the button on the EC to receive notification of arrival.
- About payment methods
- Payment can only be made by credit card. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal Express.
Please note that we cannot accept cash payments.
- Can I change the address after ordering?
- Due to the system, it is not possible to change the address after the order is completed, so please contact us using the information below.

- Can I cancel my order?
- As a general rule, we do not accept orders unless we are unable to deliver the product within the notified delivery date due to our circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

- All items are shipped via Yamato Transport.
