Shipping
Regarding products that are in stock, shipping will take place on the business day after next from confirmation of the order.
All orders will be sent directly from Japan to the stipulated address by either EMS or DHL.
You cannot select a desired delivery date.
Notes
- External factors such as weather, pandemics, natural disasters, and regional conditions may lead to delays or cancellation of shipping.
- Orders cannot be confirmed or products shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Long national holidays such as during the New Year period will delay shipping of orders.
- Order will be shipped by order number, meaning multiple orders may not be shipped together.
- When paying by credit card, payment will be requested upon confirmation of the order.
Customs Tax and Other Taxes
Customs tax and VAT might be charged depending on the country or region from which you are purchasing products.
The purchase price does not include any local customs tax or VAT. These taxes may be applied when your products pass through customs. Please inquire to the tax authorities in your home country if you have any questions.
Returns
Once your products arrive, please check to ensure they are not defective in any way, and that your order has been filled correctly.
In the unlikely event that either of the above issues do occur, please contact customer support within seven days of the arrival of your products.
Exchange of Defective Products
Products may be exchanged in the unlikely event that products are defective (damage, scratched, dirty) or if you received the wrong order.
If you determine that an exchange is required, please contact customer support within seven days of the arrival of your products. After confirming the details of your order a suitable replacement will be arranged.
When returning products, be sure to return them in the state in which they were shipped, including all of the original packaging and tags, and without having used the products.
However, if we are out of stock of the product in question, we will respond either by repairing it or providing a refund.
Returns at Customer's Discretion
We do not accept any exchanges or returns at the customer's discretion for any items that have been used unless they are defective, or for issues such as differing from what the customer envisioned.
If such a cancellation or return is accepted, for any reason, any incurred postal fees or other fees will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Refunds will be processed within two weeks of the products reaching our warehouse in Japan and subsequent confirmation of the issue.
Any customs or other taxes paid by the customer cannot be refunded. Please inquire to the tax authorities in your home country if you have any questions.
Refunds
Refunds to credit cards will be made based on the amount on the statement.
Depending on the payment date for your credit card, the refund may be pushed to the subsequent month.
